Circles of security

COS classes run for 6-8 weeks. Trained facilitators share information in a small group, discussion format. Topics include: understanding your child’s emotional world by learning to read their emotional needs, supporting your child’s ability to successfully manage emotions, enhance the development of your child’s self esteem, honor your innate wisdom and desire for your child to be secure & to develop links to needed community resources. Childcare and snacks/meal are provided.

I totally love the program of Motherhood is Sacred and Fatherhood is Sacred. Several of the sessions are the way I was taught as a child and have taught & passed down to my children, nieces, nephews and family members. I love how it is non-judgmental and open, makes you feel welcomed and willing to open up.
